Will it fit your filter?

Three questions. If the answer is no, we will say so before you spend anything — a machine that does not fit your elements is worth nothing to you.

1. What is the bore of the element?

The inside diameter of the open end — measure the hole, not the can.

2. Is the element cylindrical?

A tube you can look down through. Not a flat panel in a frame.

3. How many elements a day?

Roughly — this changes the recommendation, not whether it fits.

    Reference

    The measurement, drawn out.

Outside diameter is irrelevant. A Ø400 mm element with a Ø180 mm bore fits this machine.

    If it is close

Borderline cases are worth a message.

A bore of 95 mm or 310 mm is usually a different machine, but not always. Send the two numbers and we will check against the plate and rod before you commit.

    Measure

    Bore and height

Bore sets whether the plate holds the element. Height sets whether the 600 mm rod clears it.

    Photograph

    A ruler in frame

One photo with a tape across the opening removes any doubt about which dimension is which.

    Ask

    Before you buy

We would rather confirm the fit than sell a machine that ends up in the corner of the workshop.

    Quotation

Send the bore and height — get an answer, not a brochure.

Tell us what you service and the measurements you took. You get a straight yes or no on the fit, plus an FOB or CIF price within 12 hours.
