The things buyers ask before ordering — including the ones where the answer is no.
A standard workshop compressed air line. Pressure is set on the built-in regulator and read from the analogue gauge, so the same unit works on a single-bay service shop and a heavy equipment workshop.
Not at a sensible pressure. The head distributes air around the full circumference instead of concentrating it on one spot, and the relief valve bleeds supply spikes. Set the regulator to suit the media — the gauge is there so you are not guessing.
The positioning plate covers bores from 100 mm to 300 mm and the hose clamp takes 80–180 mm connections. That range covers the cylindrical elements on most trucks, excavators, tractors and stationary engines.
The unit has no electrical components at all — no motor, no switch, no cable. It runs entirely on compressed air, which is why it can be used in wet wash-down areas and near fuel storage without introducing an ignition source.
That is decided by the media and the dust, not by the machine. Inspect after every clean: any tear, collapsed pleat or soft spot ends the element’s life. Cleaning protects sound media; it does not repair failed media.
No. It handles dry dust loading. An element contaminated with oil mist, soot or water is a replacement job — cleaning it will not restore filtration performance.
Both. Most orders go to workshops, fleets and distributors, but a single unit for a farm or a small garage is a normal order.
There is no fixed MOQ for standard units. For private-label batches, the minimum depends on the branding and packaging you want — send your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
Yes. Private label, custom manuals and printed export cartons are standard for wholesale orders. Send your artwork and target quantity for a quote.
FCL, LCL, air cargo or door-to-door express. Quotations can be issued FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your preference and destination.
Lead time depends on quantity and whether the order is branded. It is confirmed on the proforma invoice before you pay, not after.
Send a photo or video of the fault and the serial details. Consumable parts and spares can be shipped separately, and we will tell you plainly whether it is a warranty matter or wear.
Send the element size or the application and we will answer directly — including whether a different tool would suit you better.
