Replacement, not maintenance
A serviceable element is swapped weeks early because cleaning it properly takes too long. Across a fleet, that is a consumable line item every month.
A compressed-air rotary cleaner for workshops servicing truck, mining, agricultural and construction fleets. Even 360° airflow at up to 6,600 RPM — it lifts dust out of the pleats instead of tearing the media.
Every workshop that services heavy machinery knows the routine: the element is dusty, the bay is booked, and there is no fast way to clean it. So it gets replaced early — or cleaned badly.
A serviceable element is swapped weeks early because cleaning it properly takes too long. Across a fleet, that is a consumable line item every month.
Manual blowgunning ties up a technician and a bay for the length of the job, and the result depends entirely on who is holding the nozzle.
A blowgun puts full line pressure on a small spot. Paper tears, pleats collapse, and the element ends up in the bin anyway — the worst of both options.
Built around one job: restoring a cylindrical air filter element so it can go back into service.
The cleaning head spins to 6,600 RPM, generating a vortex that lifts trapped dust out of the pleats in a single pass.
A built-in regulator with an analogue gauge lets the operator set pressure for the media in front of them — light for fine paper, higher for heavy-duty elements.
A safety relief valve bleeds excess pressure before it reaches the element, so a supply spike does not become a torn filter.
The positioning plate adjusts from 100 mm to 300 mm, covering the bore range of standard cylindrical filters on trucks and plant equipment.
Driven entirely by workshop compressed air. No motor, no wiring, no electrical hazard next to a wet wash bay or a fuel-soaked workshop floor.
Solid aluminium head, stainless Ø20 × 600 mm operating rod and a Ø305 mm base plate — parts that survive being used, not just demoed.
No training program, no electrical connection. If the bay has an air line, it has everything the cleaner needs.
Centre the cylindrical filter on the Ø305 mm base plate.
Set the positioning plate to the filter bore, anywhere from 100 to 300 mm.
Connect workshop air and dial in pressure on the regulator — read it off the gauge.
The head rotates and the element is evacuated from the inside out. Hands free.
The same machine serves very different fleets. These pages cover the filters, intervals and economics for each one.
Fleet workshops pull elements on a schedule. Cleaning on the bay keeps a serviceable filter in the truck instead of on a shelf.
Read the fleet guide →Silica and rock dust load elements fast. Restoring them in the site workshop cuts consumable spend across the whole fleet.
Read the mining guide →Harvest is short and dust is constant. Cleaning between shifts keeps the same element in service all season.
Read the agriculture guide →Fixed factory dimensions, so a spare element and a spare cleaner always fit each other.

We supply distributors, machinery parts wholesalers and tool importers. Private label, custom manuals, export packaging and mixed container loads are all normal orders for us — not exceptions.
Single units for evaluation, with video inspection before dispatch.
Combine the cleaner with your existing parts order to fill a container.
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared with every shipment.
Any standard workshop compressor line. Pressure is set on the built-in regulator and read from the analogue gauge, so the same unit works on a small service bay and a heavy equipment workshop.
Not at a sensible pressure. The head distributes air across the full circumference instead of concentrating it, and the relief valve bleeds supply spikes. Set the regulator to suit the media — the gauge is there so you are not guessing.
The positioning plate covers bores from 100 mm to 300 mm, and the hose clamp takes 80–180 mm connections. That range covers the cylindrical elements used on most trucks, excavators, tractors and stationary engines.
Yes. Private label, custom manuals and printed export cartons are standard for wholesale orders. Send your artwork and target quantity and we will quote it.
Send the filter types or the model numbers you work on, the quantity you have in mind, and the destination country. You get technical details plus an FOB or CIF price within 12 hours.
